Kingfisher Villa has five spacious and newly furnished bedrooms. Each room has its own built-in closet, large windows and sliding doors that open onto private patios. Four bedrooms have patios and three have magnificent sea views. The large master bedroom has en suite bathroom with separate shower and large built-in jacuzzi bathtub, a walk-in closet, and a vintage, wood-burning fireplace.

A Great Summer Advantage
This is the BEST part! If you like spending time outdoors, you will especially enjoy the spacious, landscaped garden and pool areas. For summer fun: a large swimming pool with heated* Jacuzzi - which can easily accommodate 8-10 adults. Around the pool area you will find shaded pergolas, a variety of atmospheric seating areas, a spacious pool deck as well as ample grassy areas for playtime. You will also find a gas-powered barbeque grill and utensils for easy, casual summer dining. If your looking for a quiet spot, the front of the house also offers a cool, shaded seating area, next to the fish pond.
